We believe therapy is an essential part of becoming the best versions of ourselves, but we also recognise that not everyone is ready for it—or in need of it—right now.
That’s why we created IHearU, a marketplace that encompasses support figures such as therapist and experienced social workers. So if therapy is right for you, great, we are cheering you on, but if not, don’t be alone, tell someone who can support you, hear you out, talk to a listener.
